Çek Cumhuriyeti İstanbul Başkonsolosu Sayın Petr Mareš, İstanbul Ticaret Odası İTO Genel Sekreter Yardımcısı Hasan Uluç Hacıhasanoğlu, Çek-Türk Müşterek Ticaret Odası İcra Kurulu Başkanı Aleš Eppinger ve Çek Cumhuriyeti Yatırım ve İş Geliştirme Ajansı CzechInvest'ten Petr Heczko'nun açılış konuşmalarıyla başlayan seminerin ilk yarısı ChechInvest’ten Richard Schneider’in otomotiv sektörü sunumuyla tamamlandı. Seminerin ikinci yarısı CzechInvest ve Çek-Türk Ticaret Odası’nın sunumlarıyla başladı. Oda’nın İcra Kurulu Üyesi ve İş Geliştirme Yöneticisi Yalın Yüregil sunumunda Çek Cumhuriyeti’nde operasyonun nasıl yönetileceği ve büyütüleceği ile ilgili Türk yatırımcılara bilgi verdi. Yalın Yüregil’in sunumunun ardından katılımcılara Czech Invest’ten Petr Heczko bilgi teknolojileri, nanoteknoloji ve uzay, havacılık ve savunma sektörleri hakkında ve yatırımcılara sağlanan teşviklerle ilgili bilgi verildi.
İstanbul dışında beş ayrı şehirden daha katılımın olduğu seminerde katılımcılar, sunumların ardından konuşmacılarla tanışma ve yatırım fikirleriyle ilgili görüşme fırsatı da elde ettiler. Halihazırda aktif işletmesi olan yatırımcılar da hem geçmiş deneyimlerine yönelik önemli bilgiler aldıklarını, hem de geleceğe ilişkin olarak nasıl bir yol haritası çizmeleri gerektiği hususunda çok faydalı bilgiler elde ettiklerini belirttiler. Katılımcı profili ile ilgili olarak Oda’nın İcra Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı Alper Özmert son yedi yıldır yapılan Çek-Türk ticaret seminerlerinde en yüksek katılımın olduğunu ve en etkin katılımcı profilinin geldiğini belirtti ve ekledi “Belirli sektörlere odaklandığımızdan ve Çek Türk Ticaret Odası ve İstanbul Ticaret Odası eş zamanlı olarak seminerin duyurulmasında aktif olarak rol aldığı için gelen herkes ne istediğini ve ne aradığını biliyordu. İzmir ve Bursa Ticaret Odası’na kayıtlı iş adamlarından kendi bağlı oldukları odaları da ziyaret ederek benzer seminerler düzenlemek için davet de aldık.”
Oda, CzechInvest ve Çek ticari konsolosu, etkinlikten memnuniyetlerini dile getirdiler ve İstanbul Ticaret Odası (İTO) yetkililerine teşekkürlerini ilettiler. İTO yetkililerinin büyük desteğiyle seminer organizasyonu kusursuzdu ve İTO her anlamda seminere muhteşem bir ev sahipliği yaptılar. Seminer, İTO ile süregelen iş birliğinin çok daha ileri ve süreklilik arz edecek bir boyuta taşınacağının sinyallerini verdi.

Prague, Czech Republic 16.10.2017 – Czech-Turkish Joint Chamber of Commerce organized “Invest in Czech Republic” seminar cooperation with Investment and Business Development Agency CzechInvest on 11.10.2017 at the headquarters of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce in İstanbul, Turkey. The seminar focused on automotive, aerospace, nanotechnology and IT and software development industries in Czech Republic. Attendees informed on investment incentives provided by the government and the status of inductries. The seminar was supported by Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Istanbul, Commercial Counselor of Turkish Embassy in Prague and Commercial Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara.
The seminar started with the opening speech of Ambassador of General Consulate of Czech Republic in Istanbul Mr. Petr Mareš, Assistant General Secretary Mr. Uluç Hacıhasanoğlu, Director of Investment Development Department of CzechInvest Petr Heczko and President of Chamber Aleš Eppinger welcomed the attendees with their opening speech. During the presentations, CzechInvest informed attendees on the sectors, and the incentives and Member of Board and Business Development Manager of the Chamber Yalın Yüregil informed attendees on how to expand into the Czech Republic and how to manage the expansion operations. The attendees also shared their experience on their expansions attempts to the Czech Republic and warned attendees on choosing the right institutions to approach. After the presentations, seminar continued with roundtable meetings. Attendees had a chance to meet with speakers and discuss their investment ideas face-to-face.
Commenting on the seminar Vice President of the Chamber Alper Özmert “It was the biggest and the most informative seminar in the last seven years. As we focused on the specific sectors and target investors and institutions in those sectors, the attendees were interested in the presentations, and during the roundtable meetings, we had a great feedbacks. Chambers from other cities were also interested in the seminar and invited us to present the opportunities and incentives in Czech Republic in their own cities. We hope that the seminar will be a milestone for those who consider investing in the Czech Republic.”.
